Terms of Service

Payments

  • All sessions require prepayment to confirm your reservation.

  • Prepayment guarantees your space and the special price agreed upon.

  • Invoices are issued within the same month that the payment is made.

  • To receive an invoice, please send your complete tax information (name, RFC, address and CFDI usage) to taniahinojosa@gmail.com.

Agenda

Recurring sessions are scheduled on the same day and time each week.

Rescheduling and cancellations

  • You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered a taken session.

  • If you do not show up without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

Session validity

  • All sessions (individual, group or package) must be taken within the calendar month in which they were scheduled and paid for.

  • In exceptional cases, a maximum extension of 15 days after the original month will be granted.

  • After this period, the sessions will be considered expired and will not be refundable or transferable.

Use of sessions

  • Each session is designed to generate immediate actionable steps for your brand or project.

  • It is the client's responsibility to execute the tasks and strategies agreed between sessions.

Intellectual property

  • The materials, strategies, and content shared during the sessions are for the exclusive use of the client who contracts the service.

  • Sharing, reselling, reproducing or distributing these materials is not permitted without written authorization from Tania Hinojosa.

Payment methods

Credit/debit cards via Stripe (secure platform).
